Goals and your safety net
Save for what matters, starting with money for the unexpected.
Start with a safety net
A safety net is money kept aside for surprises: a car repair, a flight home, a gap between jobs. Bosla suggests a target based on your essential spending and helps you build it a little every pay cycle.
Add a goal
- 1Open Plan → Goals and choose Add a goal.
- 2Give it a name, a target amount and, if you like, a date.
- 3Choose how much to put aside each pay cycle. Bosla shows when you will get there.
How goals affect Safe to spend
What you plan to put aside this cycle is taken out of Safe to spend, so you do not spend it by accident.
Family goals
On the Family plan you can give a goal to someone in the family, and everyone can see progress.
