What the Bosla team can and cannot see

What the Bosla team can see

To run Bosla and help you when you write to us, our team can see account details only:

• your email, household name and country,
• your plan, trial and payment status, and the dates you joined and last signed in,
• how many people are in the household and their roles,
• how many receipts, bank emails, statements and Ask Bosla questions were used this month (counts only),
• the messages you send us from Help.

What the Bosla team cannot see

• your entries, amounts or balances,
• your receipts, statements or bank emails,
• your vault,
• your Ask Bosla chats, which stay on your phone.

If you write an amount or a detail in a support message, we can see what you wrote, so do not include card numbers or passwords. Every time a team member opens a household's account details, it is recorded in an audit log.

Bosla AI and your data

• Receipts, statements and bank emails are read once, to fill in your entry, and are never used to train AI.
• Ask Bosla sends only a short summary of your totals, and only if you agreed. Bosla stores neither the questions nor the answers.
• With a privacy key, shop names, notes and files are locked on your phone, so our servers only hold scrambled text.

Who else sees what

Settings → Privacy → What each service can see lists every company Bosla uses, and exactly what each can see. We never sell your data or show you ads.
